For about 18 months, I would wake up as tired as when I went to sleep. My blood pressure flucuated widely and was close to hypertensive. I craved increasing amounts of chocolate and sugary food. I felt constantly stresed at work and leisure.
After two weeks on the nutritional program, I was waking up feeling rested and with more energy. After four weeks, my blood pressure was back to normal. My chocolate cravings are dimisnishing and I enjoy finding alternative options sweetened with fruit, honey and blue agave. I am coping with stress at work more eaily.

“I was taking three medications twice a day for diabetes, one for high blood pressure and one for thyroid. “One of the things I noticed was that when I closed my eyes while standing up, I would lose my balance. Since being on my nutrition program, the biggest change in this short period of time is the change in my medications. I now only take one diabetes pill a day instead of two.
